- We reserve the right to verify your age and identity. This check can be requested at any stage.

- You can upload an ID card, passport, or driver's license. Any one of the three is enough.
Self-Exclusion Process
You may want to take a break from gambling. In that case, you have the right to exclude yourself.
- Step 1: send the request.
- Send your exclusion request from your registered email address. The request is logged in writing.
- Step 2: confirm on the site.
- You also need to confirm the request on the site. The process does not move forward without this.
- Step 3: pending payouts.
- After confirmation, any pending payouts are completed. This step finishes before the account closes.
- Step 4: account closure.
- Once payouts are complete, your account is closed. Closure cannot be reversed.
- Frequency limit.
- You can submit an exclusion request once every 90 days. A second request within that period is not processed.
- Reopening requirement.
- Lifting the exclusion requires a new request. That request can only follow at least 30 days after the previous one.
- Review right.
- We reserve the right to review this request. We may decline it where necessary.
- Scope.
- This process applies to both casino and sports betting. The platform offers both services under one account.
About Limit-Setting Tools
- Deposit limit.
- There is currently no self-service tool for setting an instant deposit limit. This tool may be added later.
- Session and bet limits.
- There is also no session-time or bet-limit tool. The only current control is a self-exclusion request.
- Single path.
- If you want to restrict your play time, submit a self-exclusion request by email. This is the only option right now.
